Panashe Chang, RP (Q)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Hi, I’m Kim! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I care deeply about how people grow, heal, and create relationships that truly support them.
I know how overwhelming it can feel to be stuck—in patterns, in conflict, or in seasons of life that feel heavy or confusing. My hope is to offer a space where you feel understood, grounded, and supported as we sort through things together.
My background includes a double degree in Psychology and Sexuality, Marriage & Family Studies, which shaped my passion for working with couples. I’m certified in Prepare/Enrich and currently completing training in the Gottman Method—approaches that help couples strengthen their friendship, navigate conflict with more ease, and cultivate deeper intimacy.
In the therapy room, I strive to show up with warmth, steadiness, and collaboration. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, narrative therapy, attachment theory, and solution-focused work. I also have a diploma in music, and for clients who are open to it, I enjoy bringing music into sessions as a gentle way to support expression and healing. If faith is meaningful to you, I’m comfortable weaving these perspectives into our conversations.
Whether you’re coming in as part of a couple or seeking individual support, I’m here to walk with you through the challenges and the growth ahead.
