Many men are taught to suppress emotion, carry burdens alone, and measure their worth by performance. Over time, this can lead to stress, disconnection, relationship struggles, and a loss of direction. Men Under Construction is a structured therapy group designed to help men develop a healthier, more balanced way of living—based on the Word of God, that integrates strength with emotional awareness, discipline with self-respect, and independence with connection.

Who This Group Is For:

This group is for men (18+) who want to:

• Better understand and manage their emotions

• Improve relationships and communication

• Address anger, stress, or emotional shutdown

• Build confidence and self-respect

• Develop discipline and clarity in life

• Align their actions with their biblical values

How The Group Works:

• Duration: 10 weeks (September 24, 2026 - November 26, 2026)

• Format: Weekly 90-minute sessions

• Group Size: Small (8-10 men)

• Approach: Guided discussion, practical tools, and real conversations
