At Ember Counselling, we believe that in the midst of difficulty, therapy can help you create a spark in your life. 

Ember Counselling is based in Kitchener-Waterloo and provides in-person and virtual psychotherapy and counselling. Our goal is to come alongside you and provide therapy that helps you overcome whatever you are facing and begin not only to cope, but thrive. Working with individuals and couples, we offer counselling services for a wide range of issues using techniques that really work.

At Ember Counselling, we believe it is important to integrate all elements of an individual into counselling including thought, emotion, physical and spiritual components. Ember Counselling offers Christian faith-based counselling in addition to other counselling services.

The thought of going to therapy can feel like an intimidating experience for many people.

Our goal is to ensure that you feel comfortable, heard and understood in seeking out counselling.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length and begin by determining together what would be most helpful to focus on.

We will collaboratively set goals and work together to help you reach these goals. Video counselling is also available. If this is something you are interested in, please feel free to contact us.
