Julie Lee, RP(Q)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Hello! I am pursuing a Master of Divinity in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University and feel privileged to be journeying with individuals and families through their unique journeys.
With a background in education, I have several years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their parents and families.
This has given me a strong foundation and a wide range of experience in supporting emotional development, navigating family dynamics, and fostering trust in moments of challenge and transition.
My approach is rooted in cultural sensitivity, compassion, and a curiosity to understand the unique stories of each client, and I am passionate about creating a space where individual needs are explored. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Informed Care, and Attachment-Based Therapy.
My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship where we work together to uncover your strengths, whether you are facing anxiety, relationship difficulties, or life transitions.
