Heath Taylor, RP(Q), Intern
Intern
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life stressors that can feel overwhelming or difficult to manage. My goal is to provide a calm, supportive space where you can explore what is weighing on you and begin developing practical tools for meaningful and lasting change.
My approach is collaborative, structured, and compassionate. I draw from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, while also considering the emotional, relational, and spiritual aspects of each person’s experience. Together, we will work at a pace that feels safe and respectful, helping you build clarity, resilience, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
I bring experience from corporate and entrepreneurial environments, which informs my understanding of stress, performance pressure, and life transitions. I also bring personal insight into the experience of anxiety, depression, and ADHD, shaping a grounded and practical approach to supporting clients.
I am particularly interested in working with adults and young adults who feel stuck in patterns of worry, low mood, overthinking, or difficulty with focus and motivation. If desired, I am comfortable integrating faith and spirituality into the counselling process.
